The following is a complete list of words occurring in the story Agu da Peter Zafên.   Vocabulary entries are read as follows:

  1. The first item is the Vabungula word.
  2. The second item is a number indicating which syllable receives the stress.  For instance, agula 2 means that the stress is on the second syllable.
  3. The third item indicates part of speech.  Only nouns, verbs, adjectives/adverbs are considered.  All others are designated as "x", meaning "other".  Verbs are further classified as transitive (vt), intransitive (vi), auxiliary verbs (vv), or any combination of the three.
  4. The fourth and following items represent the English translation(s).
